Accommodation in Villa Molino is spread across a few buildings - a main villa and four annexes - arranged around a central stone flagged courtyard. Inside, original features such as wooden beamed ceilings and stone walls have been retained, complimenting the contemporary design and furnishings of the interior.
Inside the main villa, the kitchen is a stylish, contemporary and well equipped space. Beautiful patterned tile flooring sits perfectly alongside olive and charcoal coloured units. The flooring continues into the dining area which is a great entertaining space for large groups. From the living area, doors lead to a terrace with outdoor table and chairs. This in turn leads to the garden, in the centre of which sits a heated swimming pool (5 x 10 metres) surrounded by loungers.
In total there are seven bedrooms in total. These are furnished with seven double beds and eight single beds, enabling Villa Molino to sleep up to 22 guests in total.
Pets are welcome but are charged an additional fee of 50 euros per pet per stay. Electricity is included up to 500 kWh per week. Any additional consumption will be charged at a rate of 0.40 per kWh. This will be payable on departure in cash. Pool heating costs 500 euros for stays of up to 5 days. For stays longer than 5 days, there will be an additional fee of 80 euros per day for pool heating.
