The Space
Inside, there are four double bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom.
At the heart of the villa is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This is a bright space with sleek white kitchen units, a wooden table and chairs and comfortable sofa arranged opposite a TV. Doors lead from here to the terrace and garden.
Furnished with relaxing outdoor sofas as well as a formal dining table and chairs, this is the perfect spot to spend time with friends and family. Parents and friends can sit here enjoying each other's company whilst the children play in the nearby swimming pool. Measuring 10 x 4 metres, it also has a hydromassage area built into it. Decking surrounds the pool, whilst the rest of the garden is laid with lawns and dotted with old olive trees.
A large parking area can accommodate up to 4 cars, and there is a charging station for electric cars.
Local Area
Villa Giufra is ideally positioned to visit the entire Val di Noto, from the UNESCO sites such as Ragusa Ibla and Modica to the seaside villages such as Sampieri and Marzamemi. Pozzallo is 9 km from the villa whilst Ispica is 12 km away. Here you will find both a bus and train station. The nearest sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo is within walking distance just 650 metres away, whilst there is a rocky beach at Punta Ciriga 2 km away. It is also possible to walk to a supermarket (300 metres) whilst the nearest restaurant is 4 km from the villa and easily reached in a few minutes by car. The Monasteri Golf Resort is 60 km from Villa Giufra.
