The Space

At the heart of the villa is a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. A large dining table can comfortably seat 10+4 guests whilst a central island provides a convivial space for cooking up delicious meals. Large sofas are arranged opposite a large 90 inch Smart TV.

There are five bedrooms in total. Each is furnished with a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom. All rooms also have Smart TVs and a coffee machine. Doors from each room lead to a private terrace. Three of the bedrooms also have a sofa area and a kitchenette. It's the perfect solution for multi-generation families looking to holiday together.

The villa is equipped with a modern fan coil system for both heating and air conditioning. This ensures guests can enjoy the perfect climate all year round. High-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) is available throughout the property. Heating costs during the winter months are payable on departure based on consumption.

Outside, the villa is set within a large 500 square metre garden. Perfectly manicured, it is enclosed by traditional dry-stone walls. The centrepiece is a 40 square metre panoramic pool (10 x 5 metres). This is open from the end of March to the end of October each year. Ten sun beds are arranged around it along with pergolas to provide shade. Adjacent to the pool, 6-seater square heated jacuzzi invites you to relax under the stars even during cooler months of the year. Please note that heating for this is an additional charge of 1 euro per KW.

Also outside is a wood-fired pizza oven and a professional gas BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining. An outdoor kitchen and a shaded dining area is the perfect setting for long evenings enjoying each other's company. An external audio system is also available for guests' enjoyment. For those travelling with children or teens, there is a table tennis table and a dedicated play area.
